Gonzalo studied recorder at the Ángel Arias Maceín Conservatory (Madrid), with Pedro Bonet, and at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid, with Mariano Martín. He obtained the title of senior recorder teacher in 2003, with the highest qualifications.
