I'm a jazz and opera singer with experience on the stage and as a teacher. I will offer lessons in several languages for all levels and genres. Everyone is different, so everyone has their own way to find their voice, I will try to adapt my methods to you.

I am a studied guitarist (Bachelor's degree in popular music at the Popacademie of the ArtEZ Conservatory, Enschede) and an experienced guitar teacher and I would like to pass on my experience and knowledge to interested people in this way. With my enthusiasm for the instrument, which has persisted for over 20 years, I will pick you up at exactly the point where you are standing and work with you to integrate the guitar into your everyday life as a tool for self-development. You choose the focus and course content yourself or let me guide you on your way to becoming a versatile and creative guitarist. My classes are different depending on your level and age. With children from 7 to 12, we start by doing easy vocalization and start training the ear with intonation, we then have fun singing your favorite songs. With teenagers, I also start with some vocalization, a little more elaborate. Depending on the student's capabilities, we start establishing a comfortable range for them and then proceed to singing. For my older students ideally, I divide our lesson into 2 sections. We work on respiration and how the diaphragm works. We do scales and arpeggios and work on intonation. We then proceed to singing and putting into practice our technique. Some students might need more technique before they actually sing, I like to take things slowly and make sure the student feels confident and comfortable singing. I teach children, teenagers, and adults, from beginners to more advanced. Classical training enables you to sing in any kind of way, so don’t hesitate and let’s sing!

We will go over important audition etiquette, your audition materials, calming your nerves, and more information that will help you succeed! People auditioning for a local or school choir, musical, play, opera, cabaret, or any performance of any level will benefit from this! If you need help finding and/or choosing your audition materials, I am also available to help with that upon request. Please plan on meeting twice for this option; The first meeting will be discussing details of your audition and your performance style, and finding good materials that suit what you are auditioning for. The second meeting will be the actual audition prep lesson, where we will go over these materials and the other important audition information as discussed above.

I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years. The most important thing during my lessons is to help the student find a healthy and comfortable way of singing! During the first part of the lesson, we will focus on Technique and breathing, while during the second part of the lesson we will focus on the repertoire chosen together with the student, applying the aspect of the technique that we worked on previously in the lesson.

My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and chamber music, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborated with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. My main goal is to help the student discover her or his voice while enjoying making music. No experience is needed, just bring your enthusiasm and favorite music. Experienced teacher of Oud and oriental Arabic singing for over 11 years, I am Lebanese and currently residing in Germany. I studied for 8 years at the Lebanese National Conservatory. I taught at the Casa Beethoven Academy in Lebanon and gave private lessons. In addition, I was conductor of the Loubnan Assalam oriental orchestra for over 5 years. My recommendation for learning the Oud is to start with the study of notes and musical notation before tackling pieces. Although some students prefer to play songs directly, understanding the basics of musical notation allows for faster progress in the long run.
