There are many students who can pass a test, but can't actually speak English with confidence. My teaching style worls the other way around - we learn to speak confidently and then focus on passing a test. My teaching materials include online games, fun cartoon grammar video classes, singing songs, playing music, writing worksheets, colourful story books and interesting research articles for the more advanced students. I help students to prepare for ILETS examinations and interview practice through role playing - we learn by doing and not simply by reading or grammar. I love talking with my students, so I aim to bring out that side in them too. I'm a native British tutor with over 20 years of tutoring experience. I first began tutors GCSE subjects to students in the UK when I was finishing my PhD. Tutoring has always been my passion because I love seeing students see how easy it actually is to learn a topic, when they are shown how to learn it in a fun and easy to understand manner.
