Trusted teacher: ➤Aim of these sessions? Halfway between psychoanalysis on the one hand and American-style coaching on the other, with proposals that will be made to you according to your problem and that will have to be implemented, it will be advisable to proceed as follows: understand the mechanisms of thought & induced emotion, linked to given everyday situations and which involve blockages then act concretely through pragmatic techniques adapted to your problem, and which will be quickly proposed to you to regain power over your life thanks to the methodologies & practices of behavioral coaching. ➤This is why, choosing the appropriate mediator to carry out a quality work and help oneself to advance / overcome certain mechanisms will induce the awareness necessary for this decided change. This will then allow to register in a new dynamic in the personal & professional fields. ➤To lead this change, achieve its aspirations, improve its quality of life and develop the functioning of its cognitive, emotional or behavioral sphere, a cohort of very concrete tools and concepts are at our disposal, and which involve deepening the self-exploration. This involves questioning yourself, analyzing, taking a distance, and understanding the issues / points causing suffering, before finally freeing yourself from it. ➤Examples of topics / issues regularly addressed and which are regularly supported by a dedicated specialist coach, adapted to your plan: • Self-confidence, self-esteem and assertiveness, shyness, decision-making, assertiveness, personal development • Reduce suffering (phobia, stress, anguish, anxiety, negative thoughts, panic, depression) and modify behaviors that are detrimental to well-being (post-traumatic stress, injuries, addictions), to better manage emotions & regain life. appeasement • Concentration, procrastination, organization, professional efficiency, time management •Professional/personal relationships (family, romantic, friendly, emotional, etc.) & social: from communication difficulties generating pain & frustration to the fluidity of relationships • Professional life: tensions, pressures & conflicts, (Re) professional orientation (CV, cover letter, job interview), competitions and exams, support in a business project, teamwork ➤Each point is the subject of techniques adapted to your situation, which you will probably never have put into practice...and which have proven their worth on the people you support. ➤Thus, although involving self-exploration, coaching remains concrete in its application and bears fruit from the first sessions, since it makes people autonomous, and not dependent. ➤You will understand, specializing in life support and personal & professional projects, it is our proven skills and the positive feedback from all the people previously supported that makes us able to support you, by catalyzing the keys to your success, through a methodology and pragmatic tools, adapted to your situation. ➤And if cookie-cutter advice is not offered, that you will never be led but guided without judgment, in a process of permanent / interactive co-construction ... it is because we believe that it It is first important to analyze together, to become aware, to study jointly, to deepen, to decode your blockages and your initial problem in order to clarify your aspirations. ➤Influenced by cognitive & behavioral therapies, by Anglo-Saxon coaching instruments and the European methodology of applied psychotherapy, the approach therefore aims to seek links between current difficulties and past experiences, including repressed and unresolved conflicts and to confront difficulties which may be partially linked to inappropriate thoughts or behaviors learned / adopted often in spite of oneself. ➤ So, how does a session take place? After having identified together a problem, blockages and objectives, it is a question of analyzing them together then proposing a series of suggestions/reflections/pragmatic actions. Concretely, a session = a reflection + solutions. From the second session, 98% of our coaches say they felt a clear difference that influenced their daily lives* (2022 study). ➤ THERAPIST - COACH - PSYCHOPRACTITIONER - PSYCHOANALYST - CONSULTANT Trained at Grande Ecole post-preparatory classes & Ivy League University in the United States, our consultant teacher trainer has specialized and worked for more than 16 years, in Europe and North America, in the field, in renowned international public and private establishments, regularly speaking in forums and conferences, and also offering personalized INDIVIDUAL support, with pedagogy and meticulous methodology as the watchwords. ➤ PLACE, TIMETABLE, PRICES ✓ Locations: Geneva-Lausanne-Fribourg-Zurich-Neuchâtel-Lugano-Montreux-Basel-Neuchâtel-Bern-Lucerne-Brussels-Luxembourg-Paris-Lyon. Trusted teacher: I’m Anahit, and I’m here to support you on your math journey with a professional yet approachable teaching style. With over 5 years of tutoring experience, I’ve guided students of very different levels — from a 4th grade student, to an IBDP Year 2 student, and even a master’s student in Data Science. This flexibility has strengthened my ability to adapt my teaching methods to the needs of each learner, whether the focus is on building strong fundamentals or tackling advanced concepts. Mathematics has been a consistent part of my life — from excelling in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme with Math at Higher Level, to now pursuing a master’s degree in Data Science and Financial Technology. Studying and applying advanced mathematics on a daily basis allows me not only to keep my knowledge sharp but also to bring real academic and practical depth into my tutoring. When working with students, I focus on making complex ideas clear and accessible. I strive to create a welcoming environment where trust builds naturally and students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring challenges, and even enjoying the process of learning math. Many students struggle with math not because they lack ability, but because they haven’t been given the right approach. My role is to provide that approach — helping them grow in both confidence and skill. If you’re looking for a tutor who combines academic expertise with patience, adaptability, and a supportive atmosphere, I’d be glad to work with you.

Trusted teacher: I offer you a new learning experience. The focus is on practical application and theory is only introduced where intuition reaches its limits. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced learner, my tailor-made lessons will accelerate your language acquisition in a positive learning environment. You can book a complete course with regular sessions or individual lessons to overcome a specific problem, such as pronunciation or a particular point in grammar. Learning a foreign language is not a linear process that consists of memorising a list of words, and speaking a foreign language is not an oral translation exercise. There are two types of approaches to acquiring knowledge: When asked what year follows 1999, you can immediately answer 2000 without having to think for a long time and, above all, without having memorised each number individually, starting with 1, 2, 3 ... You know that numbers are formed according to a certain pattern. With only ten digits, you can form an infinite number of numbers and always know which number comes next. When it comes to the alphabet, words and sentences, it's more or less the same, but school pedagogy, school textbooks and regular lessons still follow the rote learning approach. In the lessons I propose, you will learn to use patterns because this is more efficient and faster. Learning is easy, but unlearning bad habits is extremely difficult. This makes it all the more important to learn the right reflexes as early as possible. My offer is aimed at both young people and adults who want to learn German or improve their knowledge without wasting time on nonsensical school methods. I offer individual or group lessons for German. The methods are based on cognitive science and, in particular, comparative linguistics. My flexible programme can be tailored to your individual needs. The programme focuses on your independence in spontaneous conversations in real life. What is particularly important to me: motivating my students and help them establish a learning rhythm; encouraging their creativity; helping them become more familiar with the language; teaching them the letters and their sounds; strengthening their memory by training their phonological loop; teaching sentence building plans instead of memorising sentences; explaining how language works so that my students can become independent as quickly as possible. I look forward to meeting you.

Trusted teacher: "I still remember the first time I heard the sound of a harp. I was 8 years old, my grandparents took me to a concert in the small church of Gosselies. When the harpist began to pluck the strings, I was kidnapped by the magical sound that emanated from the wooden heart. The longer the concert went on, the closer I got to the harp... After pestering my parents for a year, I began to study this magnificent instrument. It immediately became a sacred object for me. Thanks to it, I could communicate my feelings, laugh, relax and find the balance I was looking for." My courses are based on the Irish teaching method so first of all to the ear, on the resources that the student has in himself and on the fact that one learns while having fun. I propose a harp lesson: - Medieval dedicated to teenagers and adults for false beginner and intermediate based on medieval music and rebirth, improvisation, arrangement of melodies, ... - Celtic for all ages from 14 to 70 years, beginner level, false beginner, intermediate and intermediate / advanced based on Celtic repertoire and Irish, Scottish and Breton techniques After a few lessons, the neo-harpists will play short and simple melodies until the end of the journey to play more complete melodies that provide accompaniment and use of both hands. Lessons are defined on the learning needs of individual students. Even if I use the Irish teaching method, I will provide the basis for reading the pentagram, for the integration of rhythm, the foundations of harmony so that the student can read a piece of music independently. I live in Italy, so I come back to Belgium about once a month for face-to-face lessons (duration of face-to-face lesson: 90 minutes). Next dates for in-person classes in Belgium: April 10th. For googlemeet courses (3-4x per month, lesson duration 60 minutes) see typical week. Do not hesitate to write to me.

I have been learning with Anne for almost 8 months now. I cannot even begin to thank Anne for her amazing teaching skills and how much she has helped me. I have struggled with French for years and I finally found a teacher who both pushed me but is also patient and accommodating to my needs. I was also hesitant at first to have an online teacher, but her teaching methods and skills actually made it easier that she was online, also in terms of managing my time and schedule with her, I did not feel that anything hindered my progress having her online. Her great personality and experience as a teacher overall further helped with my fear and difficulty in learning French, and having her as an online teacher. And finally, she has a great teaching structure and a curriculum and material (which was important for me) to provide for the student through structured classes, while taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of the student. Thank you very much Anne for everything.

Kevin is a genius, who is capable of breaking down complex concepts into manageable, useful bits. If you think of a really large basket of vegetables and fruits. You know all the nutrients are good for you, but it would be tedious to try to eat it all raw. But then, you get a juicer or blender or 'Nutribullet', and juice all those vegetables and fruits into a refreshing smoothie. You can then drink that smoothie as quickly or slowly as you wish, and still get all the necessary nutrients... That's what Kevin can do - he juices all the complex intricacies of the German language into something you can understand and digest. His methods are unconventional, but very helpful in laying a proper foundation for a successful language learning journey. Very highly recommended.

As i am just about to start harp lessons, we had a first ''lesson' in which Mélanie advised me extensively about the types of harps that I should consider getting/renting,and explained her pedagogy and the type of music she specializes in, which is exactly what I would like to take up. She explained some aspects of the repertoire (such as the fact that for older music we often have only a melody line surviving, so the accompaniment involves improvisation). She is extremely friendly and helpful, organized and clearly at home with teaching online, which she had been doing in part before the lockdown. I look forward to having the first 'real' lesson once I have a harp to play on.
