I am an experienced teacher of English as a Second Language and English Literature and have worked in Canada, China, and currently teach in Paris. My method: I meet with the student and identify their English goals (business, conversation, test preparation, vocabulary isolation). I assess their learning style and create unique lesson plans that effectively promote language retention and overall student confidence. My goal is to keep students challenged but never overwhelmed. Very approachable, likeable and professional. Quickly assessed our level and gently and positively found areas to work on. We spoke French throughout, (an important step for us) with very occasional word in English when needed. Highly recommended!
