Over time, I've learned to listen to my body's message and have come to understand that behind many illnesses lies a deep disconnection from oneself and a lack of self-care tools. Through a restorative and anatomically conscious approach, I adapt the practice so that each person can move safely, confidently, and respectfully toward their own limits.
