Trusted teacher: The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali teach us that practice must be consistent, heartfelt, and unbroken to take root in our lives. Yoga is a journey—a practice of coming back to yourself with love, patience, and awareness. It’s not about perfection but about creating a sense of harmony within your body, mind, and soul. Let me guide you on this path to inner balance and self-discovery. - About My Class - My yoga classes combine the grounding strength of Hatha Yoga with the uplifting energy of Kundalini practices. We’ll move through postures with intention, integrate dynamic breathwork, and conclude with calming meditations to help you reconnect with yourself. This practice is for everyone—no competition, no pressure, just a space for you to grow and heal at your own pace. I tailor each session to your needs, whether you’re looking to create a healthy routine, deepen your practice, or simply carve out time for self-care. Yoga is more than a physical exercise; it’s an opportunity to pause, observe yourself, and nurture your well-being from the inside out. A bit about me: I’m a certified yoga teacher with extensive experience teaching both personal sessions and group classes. I’m also a health and wellness coach, passionate about helping others find balance, energy, and joy in their lives. Let’s connect, grow, and transform together! - The Structure of My Class - Centering and Breathwork: A few minutes of grounding yourself and connect to your breath. Warm-Up: Gentle asanas to prepare the body for movement. Flow: Hatha postures and Kundalini-inspired breath techniques to strengthen the body and energize the mind. Final Relaxation: A peaceful Shavasana to rest and integrate the practice. Each session is designed to help you feel more balanced, energized, and at ease. Let’s work together to create a practice that works for you!
