Having graduated with a master's degree in musicology, I am currently pursuing my higher education at the conservatory in the scholarly disciplines of composition, analysis, writing, musical arrangement, and Jazz. My initial approach will first be to understand the desires within my student (aka the artist) While I can teach beginner music theory, I do not believe this is necessary for one to write music.
