Trusted teacher: Let me introduce myself, Khaoula, Specialist in support courses, holder of a fundamental degree in Life and Earth Sciences. I am a seasoned teacher with extensive experience in private lessons. I gave support lessons from primary school to university through college and high school. In particular cell biology, embryology and histology to undergraduate students. Do not panic dear student, To learn well, you must first understand what you are learning. In other words, the lessons should make sense to you. You will discover with me the tips and techniques necessary to fully understand the concepts of the different lessons. Life and earth sciences are like a beautiful story that should be savored like a fairy tale. Once the beautiful story has been assimilated, I will therefore offer you secrets to remember definitions, new scientific terms in order to be able to memorize them. Each session will be individual or collective, depending on the requests. The sessions generally take place as follows: 1- The first session will have the main purpose of getting to know each other, seeing the needs of the student, setting goals together. Then to do everything to reach them (curiosity of science, exams to be taken, competitions to pass, etc.) 2- Then, we will gauge the level of the student in order to highlight the gaps observed. 3- Then comes the establishment of a plan to fill the gaps: Number of hours of work required, the parts of the lessons on which to focus, Several training and development exercises, mnemonic tricks in order to retain the lessons... 4- I then provide exams similar to what is likely to be asked in class. 5- In addition to regular feedback on the progress of the courses, I draw up a report on request, generally monthly, with practical advice to help the student improve effectively. At the end of each session you will be able to understand the lesson and easily answer the following questions: Ÿ But what is it exactly? : You have to define things well before understanding them 😊 Ÿ What can it be used for? : Understanding the problem is the very essence of the lesson. Ÿ How can we get there? : Tips and secrets to acquire what you need to learn Ÿ Using what? : Necessary resources, standard exercises, standard exams, mock competitions, etc. Ÿ For what purpose? : Simple and clear examples of everyday life. Ÿ I adapt to each of my students according to their schedules, their desires, and their needs. My greatest reward: to see the evolution of my students, and to generate in them the spark of the desire to learn again and again. Believe in your abilities: you will succeed For any questions, do not hesitate to contact me ⚠️ NB: Learning is noting!!!! Don't forget your notepads, white sheets, markers!!!

Dear, Student in Master of Psycho-Sociology and employee at Kangourou Kids, I would really like to be an integral part of your teaching team. As part of homework help with children aged 12 and 10, I was able to put into practice my theoretical knowledge in teaching that I assimilated in class and through my personal reading. I was able to discover how essential soft skills are to the exercise of this profession because these skills make it possible to understand the student by apprehending his mental paterns and thought architectures in order to adapt to them. By securing it, they lead the student to get out of anxiety-provoking paradigms such as the fear of failure, the overestimation of the difficulty, the devaluation of his aptitudes which inhibit learning. Obstacles often arise from vicious circles where the more the student encounters concerns, the more he will lose interest in the subject. Subsequent to his unpleasant experience, this can lead him to lose interest, unfortunately even to the point of rejecting the discipline by cutting off its appropriation (for example: "maths, it's not for me"). Negative experiences induce avoidance and flight-thought behaviors such as loss of concentration and digressions. Teaching fascinates me because it allows to short-circuit these mental reflexes and to propose alternative methods to those previous when the latter did not correspond to the student. Over the course of the successes, the child again welcomes the reading grids specific to the subject. This relearning process contributes to giving him the keys to being comfortable with the ways of thinking conveyed by the discipline. There will be a virtuous circle where the more easily he handles these mental tools, the more confidence in him and in discipline will be self-evident. This approach will be very encouraging and his relationship with the material will become fulfilling. The challenge of the teacher is then to discover the methods that appeal to the student, which are a source of motivation, of satisfaction, to transmit the desire to learn. Each student has their unique ways of translating reality, preferences, aspirations and skills that are fascinating to explore because this is what will make their individuality and the pride of their parents. Understanding the student is essential to find the most suitable approach to his mental processes and thus personalize his acquisition of knowledge because by giving more meaning, the student incorporates the heuristic fabric and the methodological insights of the sciences. Thanking you for the attention paid to my request, please accept, Madam, Sir, the expression of my respectful greetings. Yours, Ophelia
