There are no rules! The most important thing is to choose a song you both love and that has a special meaning for your relationship. If you're unsure, I can also help you choose a song that works well with the choreography you have in mind. 💃 Which dance should we choose for our wedding dance? Anything goes! You can choose a romantic and traditional style (waltz, slow dance, salsa...) or something more modern and energetic (Funk, Hip-Hop, Commercial...). You can also combine several styles to create a truly original choreography. 👟 Do we need dance shoes? No, dance shoes are not necessary. I simply recommend wearing comfortable shoes. As the wedding approaches, we can of course practice in the shoes you will be wearing on the big day. 👗 What should we wear to the lessons? Choose comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. The TWERK AND IMPROVISATION classes are for ALL BODIES that want and/or feel the need to move. In this workshop we'll work on our groundness in relation with the center of your body and the floor, self confidence, moving, swinging, lots of shaking, screaming, rolling, spinning, and to produce good energy in order to heal things, body parts and everything in between by connecting with your beautiful body and your soul from the inside focusing on the pelvic region stimulating stamina (resistance), serotonina, dopamina, endorfina and ocitocina (happiness toxins) PLUS ++++ it also helps on process such as blood circulation, elimination of liquids, reproduction, sexuality and also to go through on a lot of twerk movements/content. To begin to connect, assimilate and experiment with new KNOWLEDGE, the most IMPORTANT thing is the body, the attitude, perseverance and a great pinch of confidence! I always like to approach the codes of different dance disciplines, based on structures that work on the physical, rhythmic, and creative aspects. There is an idea that Tango is difficult to learn, and of course if we approach it with that label, it will be that way. Starting from the main concept of tango, WALKING, something that we all do most of the time, dancing tTANGO is within everyone's reach.🤗 Another very important point is the way to assimilate and understand it 😉😅 ❤️‍🔥What will the classes be like, you ask? I'll tell you a little bit, we are going to develop the structure in the work of weight changes, the step, projection of the walk, the pivot, understanding the kinesphere individually and as a couple translated into the hug, the turns and the spiral torso to understand the momentum in various exercises, the eights so famous in tango, the basic step and universal exit, walks with the concept of lanes and much more from various sequences that familiarize you with the technical needs to be able to perform the steps without leaving aside the dynamics, pulse, accent and compas of the tango. Everything will be raised in the background in a more organic way. It's not just about learning individual steps, and then...what do we do 🧐?
