My violin and viola lessons are available for people of all ages, from the ones starting with the instruments until the pre-bachelor level. In them, I will help students to control their instruments in an easy way, from basic technique to specific to each chosen work, in addition to giving great importance to posture, movement, and body care, crucial for musicians. Although my main instrument is the viola, I also have extensive knowledge of the violin.

I put a strong emphasis on developing instrumental techniques and fundamentals. With a good foundation, students are more easily able to express themselves in an imaginative way. Hello! My name is Belemir, and I am a classical violinist living in Den Haag. I received my Master's degree from the Royal Conservatory in 2017 with the Orchestra Master specialization and my Bachelor's degree from the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University State Conservatory in Istanbul. My training has to lead me to pursue an exciting profession of diverse musical styles and settings which has allowed me to meet many wonderful new people and to share our music and ideas with each other. Now after many years of education and performing experience, I would like to also share what I have learned (and what I am still continuing to learn) with you! As a passionate educator, I enjoy sharing my musical knowledge and experience with others – I even find myself learning from my students at times! I am aware that everyone is unique, and every student has different needs and ways of learning. Therefore, I prefer to teach in a way that is best suited to each student’s individual needs, and so, I do not follow only one specific method of instruction. As a graduate violin teacher, I offer music lessons. I'm 26 years old, and have BA and MA degrees in performing, MA degree in music education and I'm currently studying Historical Performance in the Royal Conservatory. I have experience in teaching different levels and age groups, from beginner children and grown-ups to advanced youngsters, aged 5-55. It's a nice thing to help people get closer to an instrument and music, and be part of others' achievements! Finished Master's Degree with a Cum Laude (distinction) at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, I can teach from the beginning to advanced level of violin playing.
