Hi, I'm Deepthi!

I'm currently pursuing my Master's degree and have an engineering degree in Industrial Engineering. Ever since I was a child, mathematics has been my favourite subject, and that passion has only grown stronger over the years.

My mother always told me that mathematics isn't about following one fixed process to reach a solution, it's about truly understanding the concept and using that knowledge creatively to find the right answer. That belief has shaped the way I learn, and now, the way I teach.

Does mathematics feel like a puzzle you just can't crack? It doesn't have to.

I believe no student truly hates a subject, they only fear it until someone simplifies it for them. My goal is to be that person for you. From my schooling days through engineering, I've always enjoyed helping friends work through problems, and I'm excited to bring that same energy to students here in Vanves.

I welcome students from primary school through to middle school (ages 6–15), whether you're just building your first number skills or tackling more complex problem-solving.

I don't just want to teach you formulas, I want you to understand the why behind every concept. I believe learning mathematics is about overcoming the fear of mistakes, breaking down any problem with curiosity, and finding joy in the process.

By the end of our time together, my goal is simple — I want you to say "Oh, I get it now!" and actually mean it.

Hi, I'm Deepthi, a Master's student with a admiration for mathematics!
I'm a patient, encouraging person who genuinely believes that no one hates mathematics, they just haven't had someone make it click for them yet. My teaching style is relaxed and conversational. I focus on building understanding over memorization, so concepts actually stick.
I love working with curious students who aren't afraid to ask "but why does this work?" because that's exactly the right question. Whether you're shy about mistakes or just need someone to simplify things, I'll meet you exactly where you are.

My experience comes from two places, firstly teaching myself and second helping friends around me. From late night study sessions to walking classmates through problems they thought they'd never understand, I've always found my way to the whiteboard. That's where my passion for teaching this subject truly began.
