You can learn Tai Chi Boxing, Qi Gong and Kung Fu in 1-hour-lesson!
First you try feeling your Qi with your palm.
Secondly you activate your Qi by warming up excercise with special wands.
Next you play one of 12 Animal Forms or 5 Element Fists, say Bear or Splitting Fist.
If you would like to learn how to strike, you can try hitting a punching shield safely .
Before finishing the lesson you play Tai Chi to cool down yourself and do standing meditation for a while to harmonize your body and mind.

Over
I started learning Hsing-i, Form and Will Boxing, one of Internal Kung Fu in the middle of my 20's in Hokkaido to get the black belt after 8 years and became the second champion in Challenge Karate Tournament 2002.
I moved to Hong Kong in 2003 to live there for 10 years, while I learned Ba Gua, Tai Chi, Yi Quan or Will Boxing.
After moving to Taiwan in 2013 I started learning Qi Gong.
I have practiced internal Kung Fu for over 30 years and taught it for over 20 years.
Now I am teaching Kung Fu in a Kindergarten in Tianmu as well as teaching in private lessons.
