4th year student researcher in pharmacy, I have more than 3 years of experience in the field of student support, tutoring and teaching. I will be able to ensure a remarkable progression in scientific subjects whatever the initial level of the student through a methodology and a safe and effective monitoring system. I worked in French high schools and I was part of the training team at the International Mathematical Olympiad where I trained a lot of students to be the best in their fields. I am a 1st year bachelor student at UCLouvain in biomedical sciences. I give tutoring lessons from high school and mainly in scientific subjects. Learning maths in school is all about developing the skills you already know. As you advance through the years you learn some new techniques and start doing more advanced maths using the new things you keep on learning but also using math skills you have been learning since a young age. The only problem with this is that as a kid it can be very easy to get distracted in lessons and fall behind on some subjects. If you don't catch up then it becomes even harder to understand new, more complex levels of maths. I want to help your child solve his or her doubts and understand sub-topics which they find harder so they can be completely up to date with the rest of their class mates. Being a kid I completely understand that sitting at a desk and learning about something that you might not find so interesting can be really boring and make you lose interest so I suggest the 30 minute classes so that your child can stay focused and enjoy the class.

Being in third year of electrical engineering (computer end) at the ECAM, I have a certain mastery of science subjects either; Mathematics, physics and chemistry. The class will follow the exam board the students are currently learning at school, e.g. IB, GCSE, IGCSE, A Level, AP and so on. By following the syllabus of the specific exam board, I will go through any topics you do not understand or are not very clear by explaining the theorem and showing the examples. I will also giving students relative questions to test their knowledge and understanding on this topic. The class is designed to help the students with their maths and it can be treated as a revision session, doing preparation with students for the exams.

I am available to tutor students currently studying Maths, Physics or Chemistry remotely online. I break down at first seemingly difficult and complex topics/problems into much more friendly pieces during the hour long sessions. These bitesize pieces then build up into a complete understanding of the material and how to apply it to exam questions to answer them.

Physics -physics It is one of the branches of science that specializes in studying the structure of matter, as it is concerned with all aspects of nature on the visible and micro levels. In physics, we study many topics related to matter, energy, charges, and others. I am interested in teaching physics so that the information reaches the student completely.

During my high school education in Portugal, I found myself unchallenged and unmotivated by the math curriculum. Seven years later, as a mathematician at the beginning of my academic career, I think I'm an ideal tutor for students in a similar position—interested in math but not quite finding what they need at school. Additionally, I'm happy to help adults who need help restarting their mathematical education or filling in gaps in their understanding. Mathematics is a huge scientific area and I consider that a way to understand the maths and its complexity is though exercises. However, the first step is to know the theoretical aspects. The lessons will be organized in two parts: the first one will be theoretical and the second one practical. The objective is to have a quick overview of the applied theory in each exercise to use it in similar exercises. Each student will follow each own path and that will also be discussed during the lessons. Depending on the student level and objectives some modifications will be done in our way of working. If the purpose of the lessons is to pass an exam, we will adapt our way of working and will focus on understanding the theory quickly to do as much exercises as possible.
