General Russian courses for intermediate and upper intermediate levels. These courses help you to develop all of the language skills and language competencies that you need for using the language correctly. They include everything you need to get closer to your language goals and feel comfortable learning Russian. They are structured fun and follow a certain course plan but there is always room for focusing on your questions and interests.

📚Here are some of the topics from the course plan:
1. Locative Case & its functions: location, the verb "играть" -в или -на?, describing people, clothing & styles.
2. Verbs in the present tense: revision of the most frequently used verbs in games & dialogues
3. Different ways of talking about the future & your plans (vocab: time expressions & adverbs)
4. Future tense & perfective verbs (working with conjugation)
5. Numerals & Adjectives in Nominative case (vocab: revision of basic adjectives and ordinal numbers)

This is an 8-session program aimed at the school ‘transition’ years of ages 12-19. The group sessions are facilitated following a broader Personal, Health, Social, and Economic Education (PSHE) curriculum focusing on gathering teens' needs, making them objects of reflection while leveraging neuroscience information and a playful approach. The program can also well serve as a taster for teachers/parents in separate sessions or workshops.

In particular, Teen's Time explores issues around:
- Working with concentration and focus; exploring how we can work with a wandering mind.
- Identifying emotions, how they work, and interact with thoughts and body sensations.
- Why humans worry, and how to support ourselves when we do so.
- Sleep: why it is important and what to do if we struggle to sleep well.

Teen's Time is inspired and informed by the several children-oriented programs of the Mindfulness in School Program (MisP) organization.

The feedback from children who have previously taken part in these programs is very positive. They report enjoying the group sessions and especially sharing their emotions with the other participants. They find learning and neuroscience helping them in a broad range of situations from being able to concentrate and focus more easily in school to helping them feel calmer in exams and competitions. Many have described sharing the learning with other family members and finding it helps them with their relationships with family and
friends.
