Pour moi, il est important de prendre en compte les centres d'intérêt de l'élève afin de trouver une approche lui permettant de mieux comprendre certains éléments qui pouvaient lui sembler un peu flou tout en lui donnant envie d'apprendre. Chaque élève est unique, l'aide qui leur est donnée doit donc aussi être unique afin de s'adapter le mieux à leurs besoins.
Je pense aussi que l'acharnement n'est pas très efficace : lorsque l'élève bloque sur certaines notions, il vaut mieux laisser ça de côté pour y revenir plus tard ou tout simplement changer de méthode. Il faut aussi les aider à prendre confiance en eux. Certains élèves se sentent abattus face à l'échec. Pourtant ce n'est pas parce qu'ils se sont trompé qu'ils n'y arriveront jamais. Il est nécessaire de leur montrer que faire une erreur n'est pas une fatalité et qu'il faut justement apprendre de ses erreurs pour s'améliorer.
Je compte donner des méthodes de révisions afin qu'à long terme l'élève réussisse à réussir de manière autonome.
Le plus important reste de donner à l'élève l'envie d'apprendre car cela est ce qui l'aide le plus à s'améliorer.

Erfahrung / Qualifikationen

Ayant suivi des cours de science de l'éducation sur les théories d'apprentissage durant ma première année d'orthophonie, je suis capable de les mettre à profit afin d'offrir une aide aux devoirs la plus qualitative possible. J'ai aussi fait des stages d'observation en école maternelle et en école élémentaire qui m'ont permis de voir ce qui pouvait poser des difficultés de compréhension aux élèves.
