I am a musicology student and have been practicing music from a young age. I joined the Montauban conservatory in 2019 and graduated from BMD solfège. I have been practicing electric bass for 10 years and double bass for 2 years. I can give music lessons for beginners.

The transverse flute is a wind instrument. Like any musical instrument, learning takes a long time and must be regular in practice. I designed this course to allow you to start this instrument or to continue to practice it regularly while acquiring new bases and in order to continue to progress. Classes can take place at the student's home or in my apartment in downtown Toulouse.

I am a professional violinist. I graduated with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (Master) and hold a Bachelor Diploma from Codarts (Rotterdam). I also pursued a masters degree in Music Education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I teach students of all ages and levels. I have thirteen years of teaching experience in the Netherlands and in Belgium ( privately and at music schools/muziekacademies). In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. The lessons are adapted to each student's needs and wishes.

Your body is your instrument when singing. We try to make that instrument sound as beautiful as possible by working on sound formation. This allows the vocal cords to move more freely, so that you get tired less quickly when singing. Your voice becomes fuller and you can sing higher and lower notes. During the singing lessons we also work on articulation, the pronunciation of foreign languages and also on the meaning of and your feelings about a particular piece. Of course you decide what kind of music you will sing. Whether you sing alone in the shower or whether you are in a choir and encounter certain difficulties in general or with a specific piece? Please feel free to bring your choir part to class and we will see together how we can make this easier for you. We work on repertoire that you love. We can also make a journey of discovery together to your favorite music. WHO CAN LEARN TO SING? Everyone can learn to sing. Because of the singing lessons you will notice that singing becomes easier. Moreover, singing is good for relaxation, both of body and mind. Singing is just enjoying! YOUR OWN INSTRUMENT As a singer you already have one advantage over instrumentalists: you do not have to buy an (expensive) instrument. You always have your instrument with you, but... you have to take good care of your instrument!

Music is my passion, I have been teaching violin for 5 years, in music schools as well as privately from the ages of 7 to 60. My aim in teaching is to enable the student to experience the beauty, richness and also the fun side of music, by helping to develop the technical skills needed to express oneself on the violin. I find it very important to take into account the personal goals and wishes of the student and to create an atmosphere of encouragement, creativity and mutual understanding. No matter if you are interested in learning to play your favourite tunes just for fun or want to build up strong, solid technique and play demanding repertoire, I would be happy to work with you.The world of music is incredibly rich and I would love to help you on the exciting journey of discovering it. For those interested, I can also gladly include some music theory/music history knowledge in the lessons, to understand the pieces on a more profound level.
