E.g.
For language learner – General Chinses Learning, Chinese Speaking Session (e.g. informal and formal spoken Chinese words, phrases, formats), Mandarin Pronunciation Training Session, Written Chinses Session (character, vocabulary, grammar, style, format, etc.).
For culture learner – ancient Chinese history, modern Chinese society and culture, in-depth discussion of social phenomena.

Or, we could simply just be friends having a fun chat understanding each other and our cultures!

About Me

Hi,

I'm Zhuo from China and people here also know me as Dawn.

I came to study in the UK in 2018 and have been living in Manchester since 2022 after graduating from my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the University of York. I lived and studied in China more than 20 years before moving to the UK. Shaped by both cultures and languages, I can make sure you have a native and fun learning experience with minimal cultural gap. I deeply love my mother language and Chinese history (especially the Han dynasty). Coming from a social science background, I also enjoy observing and comparing different cultures - maybe this could be something we both will be having fun learning from each other?

Having been working in different retail and corporate jobs as well as years in volunteering, I've been known by people as extremely easy to talk to, funny and caring. So whether you are an outgoing person or prefer slower-paced conversation, I'm sure we'll be having a pleasant time together.
