Although I am new to this platform, I have tutored students in physics and mathematics from early high school to undergraduate levels since 2015. My experience includes working as a substitute teacher and tutor at Copenhagen International School and the International School of Hellerup, where I taught IB mathematics, science, and physics. I am a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career by teaching remedial courses in different schools in Brussels. I then specialized in individual academic support by following educational training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. The SAT is a landmark exam for many high school students. A good exam score can be instrumental in college admissions. This course is designed to provide students with resources to set a goal score, make a study plan, and feel confident on test day. I got a 1530 on my most recent SAT, and I am dedicated to uplifting students to and beyond that score.
I can help specifically with the English and Math multiple choice parts of the exam. With students I will cover both content, the information being tested on the exam, and testing strategies, how to more efficiently and effectively take the test. The essay portion of the SAT has mostly been discontinued, so I don't cover it when tutoring for the exam.
