I have a background in jazz and classical music with a bachelors in jazz piano performance from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and a masters in music from Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium København. I have also studied at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris.

Over the years I have built a large class of students of all levels and created unique and personalised lesson plans for each individual depending on their interests and musical tastes.

Whether you're starting piano for the first time or you're getting ready to audition for a music degree, I look forward to working with you to meet your goals.

Extra information

Bring sheet music for the music you want to learn. Anything public domain, I can supply for you. If we're working on jazz or pop, we'll try to do most of it by ear. Also you should bring a method of note taking + a pencil.

I'm a passionate and dedicated musician and teacher. I love to see my students grow and become more and more in love with music and the piano. Through my years of experience I offer an exciting and engaging teaching practice for all levels and ages.

I received my Bachelor of Music from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and finished my Master of Music from the Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium, Summa Cum Laude in København.

Being from Scotland, where the lever harp is a traditional instrument, I have a lot of experience with celtic and folk music. My name is Darius , I am from Germany and I am studying my Master's at the Rythmic Music Conservatory in "Music Performance".

I've been playing the piano since the age of 5 years and I started teaching when I was 14 years old. I have experience teaching all levels, including young childres (>6) and adults of all age - teaching privately and in music schools ever since.

I can offer basic to intermediate teaching in classical related and pop related piano / keyboards. Having a jazz background myself I can offer jazz lessons from basic to expert which might include preparing for auditions. I am very open to the interests of my students, but my only requirement is to take some time for people call "practising" - or just making yourself a nice time with music :)

I also offer other music related teaching in music theory, "ear training", production etc. on all levels.
