I have a Higher Degree in singing. The objective of my classes is for the student to find their own voice and know how to get the best out of it, while being able to sing with maximum comfort and in a healthy way. In my classes I propose to start with breathing exercises and vocalizations to warm up the voice and practice different aspects in isolation. Afterwards, the class focuses on working on a repertoire that motivates the student, that is appropriate for their voice and also helps them improve their abilities.

About Me

Singing has been my passion since I was a kid, and that's why I've been many years practising to get better at it. After all these years, my goal is to help others to enjoy their voice. Thanks to my experience, I believe that any person that wants to sing can find the best version of their voice, and singing lessons are the best accompaniment to that process. With a continuous work I've seen great results in my students, and that is very satisfactory to the student and to the teacher.
In my classes I always look for a comfortable environment and one that is adequate for concentrating, and I find communication between the teacher and the student very important, because each voice is different and it needs to be treated from its authenticity.

I am a certified vocal instructor by the “Institute for Vocal Advancement” (IVA). I am specialized in Jazz, Pop, Musical Theatre, Soul, Funk, R&B and Brazilian music, but I teach aspiring and professional singers of all genres, with a strong focus on vocal technique, performance and musicality that will bring balance, endurance , resonance, projection and SAFETY to your voice without causing fatigue or damage to the instrument.

I am currently teaching piano as an experienced pianist with 25 years of piano experience, who has a title from the international music competition 'Jugendmusiziert' (competition for Deutsche Schule students in the world), a diploma from the piano program of the Istanbul Conservatory (Ispirtohane) and from the London College of Music with 8 grades in solo piano and music theory. Important: Please send me a message before booking a lesson if you would like to have a Spanish lesson (I am not a native speaker)

I speak Turkish, English and German very well, and I am currently improving my Spanish as well. I already give lessons to my younger students in Spanish, if I feel that the communication is good enough. But I can also help English, German and Turkish speaking students with conservatory exams, Royal Academy / London College of Music exams, learning music theory, harmony, improving technique or preparing a repertoire.

I used to work at a school called Opus Music School in Istanbul, which is licensed for LCM exams, with students of various ages, preparing them for the exams.

I have a self-developed teaching methodology, which helps students improve their skills along with knowledge of music theory and music history, which I believe is essential for classical piano education.

From reading notes and understanding classical music mathematics to conservatory exams or preparing classical repertoire, I would be happy to share this adventure with you in English, German, Spanish or Turkish!
