I am Eugenia an active singer, pianist and composer graduated from the Conservatory of Jazz and Modern Music Taller de Músics in Barcelona, with ten years of experience as a singer and vocal coach working with singers and voice professionals all over the world.

I am a certified vocal instructor by the “Institute for Vocal Advancement” (IVA). I am specialized in Jazz, Pop, Musical Theatre, Soul, Funk, R&B and Brazilian music, but I teach aspiring and professional singers of all genres, with a strong focus on vocal technique, performance and musicality that will bring balance, endurance , resonance, projection and SAFETY to your voice without causing fatigue or damage to the instrument.

I teach masterclasses in conservatories around the world and have 16+ years teaching experience teaching privately.

Developing good vocal technique involves a correct understanding of breath and diaphragmatic and abdominal supports. Individual lessons allow for personalized and in-depth work on the different aspects of singing: repertoire, technique, knowing how to project the voice flexibly. I also have training as a music therapist for a more therapeutic approach to the voice.

I am a professional singer, I studied in different countries: University of the Arts of Bern, Gitis -Russian Academy of Theater Arts-, at the Liceu Conservatory. I work with different theaters and operas in Spain and Switzerland.

A jazz dance or / and ballet class. In these classes I adapt to the level of the students. What the student wants to work on in a specific or general way will be practiced.
Also, if the student has a basic level, I will teach him the basic steps, typical exercises to work on different aspects of the type of dance he will have chosen.

Depending on what you need and want to work on, we will address the following surubís:
-Vocal technique: anatomy, functioning, breathing, acoustics and resonators. Understanding how the speech apparatus works is essential to be able to work on its sound and expressiveness.
-Conventional singing and improvisation: in addition to singing the songs that you like and/or that you compose yourself, you will learn to listen more deeply and improvise using melodic, harmonic and dynamic tools. This includes notions of harmony (chords, harmonic extensions, tonal and modal axes) and rhythmics (pulse, subdivision, irregular rhythmic figurations, accentuation, etc.)
-The experimental voice: discover unconventional universes and expand the sound possibilities of your voice through exploration and improvisation. The possibilities are endless!
