Yazid - Montreal, 1024€
Trusted teacher: I provide private tutoring in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry for secondary school students (grades 1-5), CEGEP students (Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Physics) and university students, with a teaching approach adapted to each level and the specific needs of each student. Let me introduce myself: my name is Yazid, and I'm currently a student in Aerospace Engineering at ÉTS Montréal. I also hold a joint degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from ENSEEIHT (Toulouse, France), specializing in Mechatronics. Before that, I completed an intensive program in mathematics and physics in France, which allowed me to develop a rigorous work ethic and gain admission to a top engineering school. It was during this training that I discovered my passion for teaching. I started helping my classmates when they were struggling with certain courses, and I quickly realized that pedagogy is a crucial skill. Tutoring is effective because, as a former student who faced the same challenges, I know exactly how to explain complex concepts and where students might encounter difficulties. I offer in-home tutoring, either at my place or yours. I also offer online tutoring using an interactive whiteboard to explain concepts visually and dynamically. This method has proven effective, and I am comfortable adapting to each student's specific needs. I am also very flexible with scheduling to accommodate your availability and requirements. Feel free to ask me questions about my methods or my teaching approach. I do everything I can to help my students progress, and it will be a real pleasure to guide you on your journey! If you have urgent requests (such as before an exam) or if you are looking for regular tutoring, please contact me! Carolina - Medellín31€
Trusted teacher: In my Spanish lessons, you are the main character. Everything is personalized to you, from the content, to the pace, the activities and the interests you have. 😊 📚 These is what a Caro’s Spanish lesson looks like: ✔ Introduction and Needs Assessment: We start with a warm welcome and initiate a conversation to understand your goals, proficiency level, preferred learning style, and any specific areas you want to focus on (e.g., grammar, vocabulary, conversation skills). ✔ Customized Learning Plan: Based on the needs assessment, I develop a personalized learning plan outlining the objectives, topics, and activities for the session. Incorporating materials and resources that align with your interests, such as topics related to your hobbies, career, or areas of passion. ✔ Interactive Learning Activities: I like my classes to be engaging with a variety of interactive activities. For example: Role-playing scenarios relevant to your daily life or profession to practice conversational skills. Games and quizzes to reinforce vocabulary and grammar concepts in an enjoyable way. Cultural exploration activities, such as discussing Spanish traditions, cuisine, or literature, to deepen your understanding of the language in context. ✔ Continuous Feedback and Adjustments: Throughout the lesson, I provide constructive feedback and encouragement to support your progress. ✔Reflection and Goal Setting: Normally I finish the lesson with a brief reflection session, allowing you to share your thoughts, insights, and anything you found difficult. I look forward to joining your Spanish learning journey and making it a fun, interactive, and practical path. ✨

Anri あんり

Anri is an excellent teacher: thanks to being very attentive, she adapted immediately to my level and speed of learning. We instantly found a set-up perfectly matching my goals combining both online and in person lessons in Naha. I was very surprised to hear that she only just started teaching last year as her style of teaching felt very experienced. Anri clearly loves her work and that makes all the difference. Just like Okinawa, she is a real sunshine person.

Sebastián

Sebastian's been a solid precalc tutor. He's patient and breaks down stuff in a way that makes sense, which is a big win for me because precalc used to be a total headache. He's always got my back, making sure I'm getting it, and he doesn't mind repeating stuff if I need it. Thanks to him, precalc's starting to feel less like a foreign language and more like something I can actually handle. If you're struggling with precalc like I was, Sebastian's your guy.
