My name is Luca and I obtained my postgraduate degree in economics and business management from the Catholic University of Milan. Now, I am doing a master's degree in Business Economics at ULB in Brussels. I am ready to give lessons in my mother tongue, Italian, but also French and English. I have been giving lessons for 3 years. I spent 4 months at EM Normandie business school in Le Havre, France, where I took several management and finance courses entirely in French. This experience has considerably strengthened my knowledge and language skills: I am currently a C1 level in French (OLS Erasmus certificate) and B2 + in English (Ielts certificate). I am very patient and attentive to details, you will never feel judged, the important thing is to understand and achieve the goal! Do not hesitate to write to me for more information! The privileged educational medium remains online. But don't worry, the distance has never made my lessons more boring or less effective, on the contrary, they have often made them even more comfortable thanks to new applications and new ways of giving lessons via telematics, and in obviously making them even safer for everyone. Goodbye !

Hello everybody! I am Michela, an Italian teacher and native speaker settled in Brussels right now. I decided to become a teacher a long time ago and I worked a lot for that. This is why I graduated in a M.A. in Italian as a second language and I passed several Teaching certifications (DILS and TEFL) to be sure I will be prepared enough to guarantee the best experience for my students. I also taught Italian to adults for one year and English in the Italian Public High School. I love my language and my country. I also love talking with other nationalities to share cultures and lifestyles. When I teach, I'd rather prefer a communicative approach, that means to focus on the communicative skills to let the student be able to start a conversation and use the language in real situations as soon as possible. This doesn't mean that the grammar is not taken into consideration, but it means that grammar will be learnt through the use of language in a deductive way and as something useful to understand the language, instead of being a top-down process.

As for adults, my method adapts to each of my students and their needs. I can therefore organize courses to improve all the skills (written and oral comprehension, written and oral production) or only the skills that the student wants, such as conversation classes.

I am an italian artist and theater director with a bachelor and master in environmental engineering up my sleeve. I am based in Saint Gilles, but previously I lived in Bristol (UK) where I taught private italian lessons to students of different levels that needed the language for peculiar reasons. Among my students I had: BBC' reporters who had to make documentaries in Italy, young entrepreneurs who wanted to buy properties in Italy -and so needed italian to negotiate- opera singers and aspiring actors. The private tutoring would consist of any material requested or can even be simply for checking or proof reading. I will teach one to one and lesson can be in english on only in Italian based on the student preference and level. I have a very flexible timetable and I can adapt to different skill levels and ability. In my teaching method I try to focus on the strong points and qualities of student in order to build up technical skills which will help the student to overcome difficulties in a simple and natural way. For curios or/and advanced learner reading and discussion classes can focus on history of theatre and Italian literature. Being an engineer, I also offer math classes for students.
