Benoit is a natural teacher and I think has the rare quality to empathise with his students. So whether he is teaching young children, bright adults or struggling grown ups like myself he can sense your difficulties and intuitively develop your skills. I found his manner easy, engaging and with just the right amount of challenge to make you feel progress and confident. To my surprise we spent the first half hour conversing in French. Even though I'm married to a US citizen and have been speaking English at home and work for years, I felt I was no longer improving until I started regular lessons with Tom. The lessons are incredibly helpful. I am very much interested in improving my grasp of idiom and usage. Tom is very good at finding my mistakes and helping me to improve my English. He's also very reliable, and he's flexible regarding the timings of the meetings. It's a fun experience, and I highly recommend Tom!
