PhD student offers tutoring in math, physics, English, and Modern Standard Arabic, as well as homework help, in Toulouse, from elementary to high school.Translate this text using Google Translate.

Hello, my name is Basma, I am a doctoral student in Toulouse, and I have been giving private lessons for 1 year, from primary school to the final year of secondary school. My method always starts with the same point: understanding where the student is truly struggling. An initial diagnostic session helps identify the missing concepts, then we progress with a written plan, targeted exercises, and a progress review every four sessions. Parents receive a brief summary after each lesson, outlining what was covered and what still needs reinforcement. Subjects taught: Mathematics and physics from middle school to high school, general and scientific English, literary Arabic, methodology of reports and presentations. I travel to homes in areas served by public transport, on weekdays from 6pm and on weekends during the day. The first session is a comprehensive assessment, with no obligation. Feel free to contact me specifying your level, subject matter, and objective. I work as a direct employee, declared through the CESU system. In practical terms, this means that you benefit from a 50% tax credit on home lessons, with immediate advance payment from the Urssaf if you activate it.

First, I always strive to understand the student's motivations and adapt my teaching to help them achieve their goals. Furthermore, in my course I emphasize three aspects that I consider important. The first aspect is the student's technique and physical relationship with their instrument (we discuss posture, how to hold the sticks, rudiments, and coordination...). The objective: to obtain a calm and controlled sound, with relaxed movement. The second aspect is language and repertoire. This involves introducing students to the basic repertoire, linked to the origins of the music that gave rise to contemporary music and the drums (jazz, funk, soul, etc.). This doesn't mean playing jazz or funk perfectly; rather, it's about expanding students' musical knowledge, presenting the evolution of the drums, and introducing them to new groups and styles. With this approach, I try to guide students in the style they want to explore, helping them discover the origins of that particular music. Ultimately, I equip students with the tools and skills to begin transcribing music independently. On the one hand, I teach key concepts for recognizing structures, the beginnings and ends of musical phrases, time signatures, basic rhythms, and so on. This doesn't necessarily involve music theory. Rather, I emphasize the development of active listening, musical memory, and singing, as essential tools for learning new pieces. To enrich this learning, I use software such as Trancribe!, iRrealPo, Moises, loop libraries, Live, Finale, and others. In my opinion, these resources facilitate and empower students in their musical development. Basically, I try to help students become autonomous in their learning, and to make them appreciate and understand musical learning as a fun and motivating journey, with no limits other than their creativity...

🎸Guitar lessons - personalized accompaniment 🎦 Online lessonsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hello everyone, I offer guitar lessons in person and online via Zoom! in French or English. 🚀The advantages of the video course: Flexibility, time saving related to travel and unforeseen events, comfort from home, recording of the course video. I teach you to play guitar at your own pace from home, with structured online lessons that fit your schedule. I offer personalized support to help you progress quickly, consistently, and without frustration. 🎯The goal is for you to be able to play the songs you like so that you can enjoy them and share them. My classes start first of all from the person's desire and are aimed at beginners or more advanced people who wish to explore techniques or styles in greater depth. We then see the most suitable approach so that you are as independent as possible and enjoy using the instrument. The course generally lasts 1 hour and is divided between instrumental practice on proposed pieces and musical styles, music theory (knowledge of music theory is not essential), and rhythms. A course can also be considered on an ad hoc basis, to give you direction and areas for work. I guarantee a friendly and serious atmosphere at the same time. Note : - Possibility of offering this course (birthday, party, Christmas, event, etc.) to the person of your choice. Looking forward to assisting you! Anthony
