A perfect one on one class to do at home with your baby over the course of ten weeks. The class includes a combination of strengthening and relaxing Asanas (yoga postures) as well as baby massage and developmental movement games for your baby. The postures follow one another in a sequence with movement games and baby massage integrated into the flow of the class. This supports a sensed and intuitive relationship to grow between you and your baby. For the mama, the focus will be on listening to your body and supporting the recovery process whilst building back pelvic floor strength gradually and at your own pace. After one lesson per week over 10 weeks, there will be a measurable difference in terms of support. Gentle postures and breathing techniques will help to restore energy and meet the demands of your new life as a mama and strengthening exercises will help you to rise to the challenges of motherhood with joy and renewed energy in your body and soul's capabilities.

This course is suitable for babies from 6 weeks to 6 months old.
