I specialize in tutoring maths for students from year 3 to year 11 and can teach from any exam board. If in year 9-10 I and doing foundation maths, I will make sure you will be able to do higher maths for GCSE.. My goal is to make sure my students reach their potential and be able to study what they want at A-level or be prepared for their next steps after GCSE's. I assign a manageable amount of homework after every lesson and provide periodic progress reports. I usually follow what the students do in school at the time of lesson however if any other issues are found I can go over that at the start of a lesson. I am currently an undergraduate student, whose field of study is science. My area of tutoring is Maths, where the main focus is both SATs and GCSEs. I aim to keep my students challenged without overwhelming themselves. I believe that practice makes it better, hence after every lesson, homework will be assigned. During our lessons, students will be able to learn new methods on how to approach different exam questions, through past papers or various learning books, such as Maths CGP or Bond 11+. Moreover, we will be working together through revising topics that may be challenging and making sure such areas are fully covered and then we may be able to move on to the next challenging yet interesting topics.
