Hallo! Ik ben Lies, 23 jaar, en muzikante. Ik studeerde vorig jaar af als klarinettiste aan het conservatorium van Gent. Ik werk heel graag met kinderen en vind het zalig om hen iets te kunnen bijbrengen. Ben je op zoek naar een piano-, zang,- klarinetleerkracht voor je kind, laat dan gerust een berichtje achter! The lessons are adapted to the level of the students. From starters until bachelor, from kids to adults.

The metholodogy will variate according to the purpouses of the students.

The students age 3 can also start playing the violin or the viola.

I have more than 10 years of experience teaching all ages in private lessons and official schools. I have formation on Yamaha system for children.
My way of teaching involves, in addition of technical and interpretation skills, the relation between all kinds of arts and periods. I have also official studies in theatre and literature.
All piano classes, depending on the age and the interests of the students, are divided into technique, playing, improvisation, creative plays and some of basic composing knowledge.
Voice classes involve all genres of music and we work in technique and ways of interpretation. Theatre and character creation, posture... are also trained.
I can teach in English but also in Spanish, Catalan and Italian :).

Hello! My name is Sandra and I am from Spain. I studied at the Royal Conservatory of Ghent and I graduated in June 2018. I gained experience playing with Brussels Philharmonic, La Chapelle Sauvage and La Monnaie/De Munt. I used to teach in some music schools in Spain during 4 years. I would like to meet some students and to help them to improve with the clarinet, as well as some theoretical music field if it would be necessary. The lessons are adapted to the level of the students.
My mother tongue is Spanish but I can talk fluent English.

Hello! I'm David, a spanish flutist. I really enjoy teaching and performing, and I have previous experience as a flute teacher back in Spain, so I would like to have some new students here in Ghent as well. I can also help you with other music stuff like theory, solfege and harmony if you want that. My music lessons are suitable for all level students, from begginers to advanced players, and we can work either in classical repertoire or in any other genre that you'd like (pop, irish, rock).

Lessons can take place face to face in my house or any other point inside of Ghent, or online from the comfort of your own room.

Mijn naam is Miriam, ik ben afgestudeerd in de Master of Classical Music aan KASK & Conservatorium in Gent en momenteel studeer ik een Postgraduaat in Musical Performance Practice.
Ik geef al 10 jaar cello les aan kinderen, tieners en volwassenen, en heb daardoor de nodige ervaring opgedaan om me aan te passen aan de verschillende en persoonlijke behoeften en doelstellingen van elke student. Mijn lesmethode richt zich op het creëren van een vriendelijke en ontspannen omgeving (wat niet betekent dat het onverschillig is!) waarin studenten zich zelfverzekerd voelen om hun eigen ideeën en zorgen te uiten. In mijn lessen richt ik me op technische en posturale vragen, maar we reflecteren ook samen over de muziek, omdat ik wil dat mijn studenten hun eigen muzikale ideeën ontwikkelen en niet alleen de leraar imiteren.
