Mein Name ist Julie und ich bin Masterstudentin der Entwicklungsökonomie an der Universität Göttingen. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Deutschland, aber meine Mutter stammt aus der französischsprachigen Schweiz, sodass ich beide Sprachen fließend spreche. Schon während der Schulzeit habe ich Nachhilfe angeboten und es hat mir großen Spaß gemacht.

I am a very open-minded person, and languages have always fascinated me! Especially because I more or less grew up bilingual since my mother is from French-speaking Switzerland and my father is from Germany.
I love making music; I have been playing the violin for 14 years now, and I really enjoy dancing salsa and being in the nature.

Opleiding
After completing my high school diploma in Hamburg at the age of sixteen, I did a two-year apprenticeship in international commerce. Then I volunteered in Ecuador, where I worked with young children at a school, also giving them English lessons. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland and am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Development Economics in Göttingen. Starting in May, I will be undertaking an internship in Munich.
Leservaring
I have already given tutoring lessons in French, Spanish, English, and German, and it has always brought me great joy :)
Additionally, I completed my high school diploma with a focus on physics and took math and statistics courses at the university, which is why I can also help with these subjects.
