In order to bring this breath back into matter and transform it into sound, we also work on anchoring, centering in the body and this connection of our universe to the outside universe. Working on vocal technique is then done naturally. Indeed, trance induces a state of reception to the Breath but also to change and development. In addition, the vibrations received come to inform the cells directly, entering into resonance with what is coming, healing the cellular memory at the source.
