Hi! I am Mia. A once shy, timid, and hyperactive autistic girl longing to find her place in the world. A girl who once felt talentless and alone. That is, until I found my own voice and started taking vocal lessons. At first, I was shy, but then, I found my voice—learning vocal pedagogy, how to master my body, and professionalism through the art of music education—and now, I long to help others do the same. This class is a safe space and a friendly environment, conducive to self-empowerment, development, and wellness, and a place to learn how to belt out your inhibitions so you can whistle, hoot, and holler like your favorite singers!
