These experiences occur in a classroom or private class. My classes could be simply conversations or a more intensive one-on-one session with reviewers I have prepared and different learning modes (e.g. written exercises, oral activities). Ideally, I avoid translating words directly into students' native language to minimize their dependence on translation, instead explaining English words and concepts in a simpler way to improve their understanding. I like my classes to be a balance of a relaxed teaching environment while doing work. Students should never feel that mistakes are unacceptable, as it is normal and they are encouraged to learn.
