May I introduce myself? my name is Yunjeong. I was born in 1996 in Ulsan, South Korea. When I was a child, I loved listening to classical music a lot. I started playing the piano when I was 6. In 2012 I started studying at Busan High School of Arts. I graduated from this course when I was 19, and then went on to study at Chugye Art University in Seoul. There I had the opportunity to learn a lot and to play with different musicians. I am currently attending the Franz Schubert Conservatory for a Master of Music. I'm studying piano there. While learning to play the piano, I have taught diverse students with different musical experiences. I could see a lot of improvement besides that. I still want to teach more students for your fun, aim, study and achieve well enough. I would be very happy if I could teach many students with my knowledge of music. In my experience over the past few years as a piano teacher to students of all levels and ages, I have found that people learn so much more when they are able to express themselves and have a fun time from the very first lesson. For this reason I focus on teaching piano and music through the lens of jazz, which allows for so much freedom as well as being really educational in all different styles of music. In my classes you will learn how music really works in a relevant way by studying music that you yourself enjoy listening to and would like to create, and practice dynamically using tools like backing tracks which make it feel like there is a band in the room with you!
