Hello!

I'm a dedicated 24-year-old from Rome, Italy, who moved to Utrecht two years ago. After recently completing my studies, I began working at bol. However, my passion for the piano continues to be a significant part of my life, which is why I've decided to offer piano lessons.

I graduated from the prestigious Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome, specialising in classical piano. Although I didn't pursue a career as a concert pianist, I now play in a cover band, keeping my love for music alive. Additionally, I hold a degree in psychology, enabling me to be attentive to various learning styles and tailor my teaching approach accordingly.

Whether you're interested in playing your first notes or want to inspire a love for this beautiful instrument in your children, I'm here to help. I offer lessons for beginners, following the esteemed methodology of the Italian conservatory, with a deep desire to share my passion for the piano with empathy and an open mind.

Master's degree in Psychology for Organizations: HR, marketing, and
communication - Organizational Psychology in Cattolica University in Milan

Bachelor's degree of Piano Academy - Conservatory of Music Santa Cecilia in Rome: I graduated with 110/110 (average of the exams: 29.2/30).
Concert program: The fantasies of Mendelssohn, Beethoven, Bach, and Brahms. Skills acquired: classical piano repertory, musical harmony and analysis, ear training, history of music, and choral techniques.

Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques. - Psychology in LUMSA University in Rome
Thesis: neurobiological processes of procedural memory in piano cognitive training.

The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music of UK - ABRSM in Rome --> Grade 8 piano: passed with Distinction.

I participated in and won a few international competitions with my piano Duo (Recondite Armonie, Concorso Internazionale di Esecuzione Musicale Città di Sarzana, “The muse” International Music Competition, Finland International Piano Competition, Concorso internazionale musicale “Luigi Cerritelli”, Swiss International Music Competition).

Dear music and piano lover, welcome to my profile page!

My name is Waldemar and I am a classical piano teacher.
I teach young (from 8 years old) and old, individually or in groups.

I received my training from Fania Chapiro in Hilversum and later at the Amsterdam Conservatory with Danielle Dechenne.

Depending on your level, we will in principle cover all aspects of technique and interpretation. You can always make special requests known to me.
In addition, I think it is important to structure the lessons and focus on themes so that you really learn something.

In addition to being a piano teacher, I am also available as a composition, music theory or solfege teacher.

I have studied classical piano for over 10 years and have completed my Royal Conservatory of Music studies in Canada. I have over 3 years of experience teaching singing and piano to young students (as early as age 4) to beginner adults at the City of Toronto Parks and Recreation Programs.

I am a passionate, calm and patient teacher who wants to share my love of music with my fellow students. I am also keen on helping students improve and gain further confidence to perform.

I am a professional classical pianist in the Netherlands working as a performer, accompanist, and piano teacher. I have bachelor's and master's degrees from the Conservatori Liceu in Barcelona and I'm actually taking my second master studies in HKU Conservatorium in Utrecht.

I am very fond of teaching and have experience with people of all ages and levels. For kids, I prepare dynamic classes with different techniques, games, and approaches, so they can be a fun experience for them.
