For gentlemen: White T-shirt, loose sweatpants (dark color. no tights), white socks, towel.

* Clothing should maintain the dignity of the wearer. Avoid attire that exposes the chest, stomach, buttocks, or other private areas.
* Wear clothes that allow full range of motion and comfort on the floor.
* Hair should be secured away from the face.
* Please bring a personal towel for hygiene during floor exercises.

Arielle’s journey in dance began at age 10. Over the years, she has studied various dance genres, with a primary focus on Russian Vaganova ballet training.
Her love for ballet has evolved into a dedication to creative movement, choreography, and body conditioning, helping students of all levels develop strength, alignment, and confidence in their practice.
Arielle is proud to guide her students through a safe, structured approach to conditioning and posture, empowering them to reach their maximum movement potential both in dance and daily life.
