Knowledge of the English language is an indispensable tool in this day and age. However, while the basics are relatively easy to master, learning the nuances can really up your game in conversations (whether everyday or professional) and in the case of tests and exams, it is crucial to get familiar with the format of the questions.

I have a degree in literature from the University of Cambridge, have a C2 certificate (i.e. near-native proficiency), lived in the UK for three years, plus have years of teaching and proofreading experience. Thus, no matter your level, I can help you reach your language goals!

I am a recent graduate from the University of Cambridge, specialised in medieval literatures. I am passionate about languages, and speak a couple (aside from Hungarian, English and French, I babble a little in Spanish, Portuguese, Irish and Icelandic too)! I am committed to tailoring classes to fit my students' needs and goals. On the one hand, my philosophy when it comes to teaching prioritises immersion into the culture - so get ready to talk about books, films, TV and music of your choice! Recently graduated from a master's degree in international affairs and intercultural communication, I decided to come to Lisbon for 1 year.
