Hello,

I am a French studying at Hochschule für wirtschaft und recht Berlin for my Erasmus program. I am in Berlin until August and I am ready to teach you either basic or advanced French. I am not able to speak German, all the courses will be in English (I've got my C1 level regarding the Erasmus test and 855/990 TOEIC).

As I finish class in HWR on Thursday, I'm available all week-end long, but also every day after 16:30. I can meet you at your place, but I don't mind seeing you in a bar or outside for sure, depends on you !

Hello everyone!

I'm offering french lessons for students of all levels (private lessons, tutoring, preparation for exams). I'm a former literary student (have a master's in French literature), I'm 24 and just arrived in Berlin. Last year, I studied and taught at Yale University in the US, where I finished my master's thesis. I have experience with students but also with children (I was a private teacher for elementary school children in 2014) as well as with adults (I gave integration lessons to Refugees in Paris, FLE, from 2015 to 2017).

I was born in Paris, did most of my studied there (before going to Italy and the US). In Paris I did my studies in La Sorbonne and l'École Normale Supérieure (ENS). I've always loved teaching and my experience as a private teacher, a lecturer, a tutor, really proved me that I want to become a professor. I've taught french literature as well as french language per se, and I enjoyed watching my students make quick progress in a lively atmosphere :)

I loved the bond I managed to create with all of them: a serious, yet friendly relationship. Of course, every student is different, and that's why every lesson has to be: I take particular care in adapting myself to the needs, characters and ambitions of my students.

Salut! :) I am a French and English native speaker, currently studying DigitaI Business in Berlin. I also speak German, Spanish, and am learning Norwegian.

I believe the best way to learn a language is to speak it, therefore our lessons will be focused on conversation, personally adjusted to your level and your ambitions!

What I like to do is to have themed lessons: We will choose a topic together and I will give you a small exercice to prepare. In the lesson we will then chat about the chosen theme, have some activities, games and go over the exercice you prepared.

I have taught myself Spanish and German, so I know first-hand what the difficulties of learning a language can be and how to find the correct solutions to reach your objectives. That's why I also take good care in creating an environment where it is ok to make mistakes, and where we always understand each other.

A bit more about me : I grew up in France and went to school in Monaco, where I studied in both French and English.
After getting my high school diploma, I worked as a private English teacher for a year, giving classes to young and not so young French students. I then moved to Berlin for Bachelor studies. I'm 25 years old, born and raised in Paris, and I've been living in Berlin for a year now.
I have been learning German and teaching French ever since, and I am currently preparing for a diploma in French as a foreign language.

I'm passionate about languages and am always trying to understand their mechanisms and the links between them. I will try to share what I have learnt about French with you (even though French doesn't always make sense!)
