To get a feel for the vast world of audio production, it can be helpful to get an introduction. At the same time, my focus is less on the technical side and more on creating sound pieces. However, the basic functions of Ableton and Logic, as well as all common effects, will be explained. We will learn about different types of microphones and get an introduction to mixing. If you're interested in singing, I can also offer coaching for that, as well as an introduction to vocal production. The course is designed for beginners and those with a bit of an advanced level. I'm a freelance composer and sound artist who works primarily in songwriting and scoring, as well as in the art field with many electronic elements. I bring many years of experience and have worked with several professional producers in various professional recording studios. Those purely interested in techno and related genres will probably feel more comfortable in a different course. The courses take place in my own recording studio at home, and the equipment there can be shared. and we will take recordings that you are free to use.

I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example. At the end of the semester every student will perform at the winter and summer concerts held every year and will have the possibility of making a recording session with the material worked during the term. With this, the student will not only be able to see his progress and work, but also will give him a direct experience of performing and working on a live or studio recording session, which is a fundamental part of the developing process of every musician.
