About Me
Jessie is a musician, dancer and teacher painting with the brushes of voice and body. Berlin-based Jessie studied a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Music Theatre, at Victorian College of The Arts, in Melbourne, Australia, under some of the industry's leading voice and dialect coaches; Leif Mcpherson (Lord of the Rings) and Andrew Byrne (author of ‘The Singing Athlete’). She has since descended and spread widely into the somatic fields of Alexander Technique, contemporary dance/release pedagogy and brain based voice training. Her workshops encompass a neuro-scientific harvest of practices and exercises that promote ease and develop articulation, un-inhibiting the body from patterns of tension, allowing the voice to resonate and articulate, all in service of clarity and inspiration.
