Trusted teacher: Associate professor of SII in higher education and State Engineer of ENSEM, I acquired solid knowledge in the field of sciences: Math, physics and chemistry (I have a baccalaureate in Science Math + 2 years of preparatory classes MP) as well as teaching pedagogy. All the years of study and the experience acquired during my 6 years of work in higher education and private lessons have allowed me to develop a simple and effective method that engages the student in the learning process. This method is described as follows: First of all I learn about the resources available to the student (lessons from his teacher, exercises, supervised homework, homework ...) in order to see with him what is causing him problems. Then for each problem encountered, I suggest that he try to find a solution with clues. If he still cannot find it then I show him a solution and then I make him discover variants. At each stage of my demonstrations, I invite the student to ask me questions to make sure he understands. Then at the end of each session I suggest additional exercises. With the software that I use for the video lessons, we have the possibility of recording the sessions, which allows him to be able to review and listen to the entire course between two sessions or at any time of his choice. On a tight timeline, Mihaela was able to make time to meet with me in person for an hour lesson to introduce me to Italian. For the introductory lesson, I felt it covered a good amount of ground (and she even provided a document of everything we covered and more via email)! She explained hard and soft pronunciation between G + C and pronunciation of vowels. She prepared exercises to help me introduce myself to others. Mihaela even explained some of the historical background of the location we met at, Sforzesco Castle. After our lesson, she also gave me recommendations of places to visit in Milan. In short, Mihaela was thorough, patient, courteous, and communicative! I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
