My educational approach is based on three pillars: - instrumental practice (80% of the time), - practice of music theory adapted to the harmonica (10% of the time), - and knowledge of Harmony (10% of the time), The student will use these three axes thanks to the musical supports offered. A space will be dedicated to you for the storage of these media. My concert experience (50 per year) represents a major asset in supervising students. This asset is complemented by my extra-musical experience, since I managed a computer training center and provided training. In this context, I was trained in interpersonal communication (Transactional Analysis and NLP) My instrumental pedagogy is not based, as tradition dictates, on teaching in the same way as I was taught. When you start learning a musical instrument, you rarely think about a career as a musician. Therefore, my primary goal is not to train career musicians, but rather to educate musically through sustained learning of the instrument. It is essential to remember that learning a musical instrument aims first and foremost to develop a taste for music and to know how to communicate that music speaks to the life of feeling. The Harmonica is essentially an instrument dedicated to improvisation My program addresses issues related to improvisation from the very beginning of learning. To arrive at an understanding of what is at stake in the practice of improvisation in all its complexity, it is necessary to have a global approach (music theory and harmony). Improvisation allows you to approach the interpretation of the theme of a piece. Playing on a playback is therefore essential.

Classes are face-to-face or by web cam. Lessons : My harmonica lessons are based on an original method favoring pleasure over theoretical and tedious lessons, and experience of the professional scene. The basic principle is that like any language, it is better to learn to listen and play than to learn to read before you can speak! This is why my lessons do not require you to have any knowledge of music theory. The Vent d'Accords method (written and audio) is offered free of charge with the lessons.

The harmonica is an instrument that can be learned quickly and which can now accompany any style of music. I have a well-stocked catalog to offer them and if the piece of their dreams is not there, I complete it! For advanced people, I can help them perfect their technique and support them in the study of pieces, solos will allow them to perfect their playing. I also have very solid course material at this level. Whatever the level of the students, the lessons are always adapted to their pace and their desires.

With me you can learn everything you need for the blues harp. From the first notes, replaying your favorite songs and special techniques to fluid improvisation and playing together with other musicians. I'm also happy to convey a solid understanding of the music theory behind the harmonica, but if you don't feel like learning theory, that's no problem for me.
