INSIGHTS: My professional training (PhD) is about generating new insights in physics and mathematics. I can assist in gathering a long-lasting understanding of the core idea of any topic. I find immense joy in teaching fundamental concepts.

EXAMINATIONS: Anybody is capable of learning any topic given sufficient resources, but presenting correct answers under the time pressure of an examination is a distinct skill which needs to be learnt. Having taught advanced masters courses during my PhD, as well as large classes during my senior year of bachelor's studies, I can help build those skills in a streamlined manner.

I have lived in many different countries during my studies and career, so as long as we can communicate in basic English, language or educational background will not be a barrier. After all, math and physics are the languages of the universe!

Présentation

I live in Germany with my wife. I received my PhD in Photonics from EPFL, Switzerland. I also do independent research in mathematics out of passion. I have worked and studied in Switzerland, Netherlands, London and Mumbai.

I find immense joy in teaching fundamental concepts. My teaching philosophy is that you will always leave my class with a new insight. I do not expect my students to remember more than 10 % of all the information from a single class, but I make sure that they remember that 10 % for life.
