For inspiration. The class is organized like follow : 1. Introduction 2. Materials 3.1. Sculpting : Rhodochrosite 3.2. Sculpting : Rhodochrosite with Quartz 3.3. Sculpting : Varadinite 3.4. Sculpting : Chrysocolla (normally pale blue) 3.5. Sculpting : Agate Slice
This class is a great project for all levels, even people who never sculpted before. It is a great way to start sculpting, as corals are fairly easy to master. You are also going to learn how to deal with colors and play around with composition as you go. I'm going to guide you through my own creative process, from finding the right reference pictures online or in books, deciding on colors, composition and how to sculpt a few different types of corals and sponges. The class is organized like follow : 1. Introduction 2.1. Sculpting : Aplysina Archeri (Stove Pipe Sponge) 2.2. Sculpting : Negombata Magnifica (toxic finger-sponge) 2.3. Sculpting : Lobophylia (Open Brain Coral) 2.4. Sculpting : Heteractis Magnifica (Magnificent Sea Anemone) 2.5. Sculpting : Zoanthids 2.6. Sculpting : Montipora Coral 2.7. Sculpting : Pygoplites Diacanthus (Royal Angel Fish)
This class will guide you to sculpt your very own mushroom sculpture. I will be using polymer clay and other media to color it: dry pastels and acrylic paints. It is a fun project that can be done in a couple of hours and is very versatile. No special skills are required to try this class out! What you’ll learn: this class will guide you through sculpting three types of mushrooms. It is build up in chronological order, so you can easily follow along and bake when required. 1 - Learn how to make a quick sketch and decide upfront how you are building up your sculpture. 2 - How to sculpt the mushroom caps. 3 - How to sculpt the mushroom stems. 4 - Assemble cap + stems and add the gills. 5 - Sculpt a flat fungus. 6 - Make a base for your sculpture. 7 - Finishing Touches. However, since we are going to use sharp tools, children need to be under the attention of an adult. Prerequisites and Requirements: no requirements.

IT's time to learn some Art through Drawing and Painting
Though lots of artists would like to believe their work defies categorisation, in reality we tend to discuss art based on the medium used. Well-known categories of artwork include drawing, painting, sculpture and photography, but today all kinds of novel forms can be found both inside and outside of galleries. Drawing and painting are the oldest of the visual arts, so they have lots of specific vocabulary of their own. The art world is a strange place, but the surest way to fit in – apart from wearing all-black outfits and rings as big as your hands – is to practice speaking like the arty types hanging around galleries. You are the tomorrow’s opening! Come let's learn the new form of art in a new way.
