My name is Maya as a Certified teacher, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice. Growing up in a family of yogis, yoga has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Since 2021, I have been sharing my passion for yoga with others through teaching. I completed my yoga teacher training with Yogalife International.

In my class, I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can feel comfortable exploring their practice. I understand that every person's body and abilities are unique, and I will adjust to your individual needs. If you need a faster-passed power yoga class to make you sweat or a more grounding class I am here to guide you on your journey. I provide hands-on adjustments and 1:1 guidance in my classes to help you create a deeper connection with your body. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I am here to support you in your journey towards physical and mental well-being. My name is Maya and I have been teaching Yoga since 2021. I completed my yoga teacher's training and am a Yoga Alliance certified teacher.
Yoga has been a source of inspiration and transformation for me. It has helped me cultivate a deeper connection to my body and breath and has brought me a sense of inner peace and clarity.
As a passionate practitioner and teacher, I am grateful for the opportunity to share the gift of yoga with others. It brings me joy to witness the positive impact that yoga can have on people's lives, and to see students experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of their practice.
Yoga is not just a physical exercise, but a holistic approach to wellness that can help us navigate the challenges of daily life with greater ease and grace. I am passionate about yoga because it has enriched my life in so many ways, and I am excited to share that with others.

The first session will take place in the Silence Garden. After that, the sessions can take place online if necessary.
