Namaste, I’m Gaurav.

I am a dedicated yoga teacher from Mumbai, holding a Master’s in Yoga and over 900+ hours of advanced training. My journey has taken me across India, Europe, and the US, where I share a balanced blend of traditional yogic wisdom and modern, accessible practices.

My teachings focus on helping students reconnect with their breath, release stress, and build a sustainable personal practice. I specialise in:

Yoga Nidra is a sacred practice of conscious rest, where the body sleeps while awareness remains awake. Rooted in the ancient yogic tradition, this guided journey gently draws attention inward, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to enter a deeply receptive state.

The practice begins with breath awareness and body sensing, followed by the setting of a Sankalpa—a heartfelt intention planted in the fertile ground between waking and sleep. Gentle mantra vibrations and guided imagery support the release of physical, mental, and emotional layers, leading toward a sense of wholeness and inner stillness.

In this liminal state, the fluctuations of the mind soften, echoing the yogic understanding that true rest arises not from sleep alone, but from presence. Yoga Nidra nourishes clarity, emotional balance, creativity, and deep renewal.

Suitable for all levels, this practice invites you to rest, realign, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

We’ll combine gentle movement, breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness techniques to regulate stress, improve sleep, and support emotional clarity.
Perfect for all levels. No previous yoga experience needed. Ideal for anyone working from home, dealing with anxiety, or simply looking for a mental reset.
Format:
📍 Live Online Session
🕒 Duration: 45–60 minutes
🧘‍♂️ Level: Beginner to Intermediate
📅 Frequency: Weekly or biweekly

BASIC OUTLINE:
(Every class flow will be different:)

1. Welcome & Check-in (5 min)
Quick introduction, class intention: “Let go of tension, return to calm.”
2. Grounding Breathwork (5 min)
Practice: Box Breathing or Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing)
Goal: Activate parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest)
3. Gentle Flow & Stretching (20–25 min)
Poses include:Child’s Pose,Cat-Cow,Seated Forward Fold,Supine Twists,Legs-Up-the-Wall
Slow transitions with breath awareness
4. Guided Meditation / Body Scan (10 min)
Optional background music
Focus on softening the body and letting go of emotional tension
5. Closing & Affirmation (5 min)
End with a grounding affirmation or quote
Optional journaling suggestion after class: “What am I ready to release today?”
