My method: As far as the methodology is concerned, the courses take place as follows: first we review the course (essential to pass the exercises), we work together on the points that have not been understood, then we exercises (of increasing difficulty). The objective is to restore confidence to the students and this requires an UNSTOPPABLE mastery of the course! Generally I have the lesson recited at the beginning of each lesson, which allows me to know what has been retained and what has been forgotten / misunderstood. Once the student understands and remembers his lesson, the progress is considerable and the student regains self-confidence, which allows him to succeed in the exercises. Finally, I attach great importance to the human, that's why I communicate and exchange a lot with the students, the parents at the end, and outside of class hours.
