Yu feels like a very experienced girl, she gives you the right kind of attention. Her command and enthusiasm of the Chinese language is out of this world. Not only will she teach you Mandarin very professionally, but she will also explain and give historic reasons for some notions. To put a word or phrase into context is in my opinion a very effective and pleasurable way of learning a new language. Within an hour we made so much progress; something I honestly did not expect. I'm very happy I found her and I'm already hyped for the many lessons to come.

I have had 5 very helpful lessons with a relaxed atmosphere so far. Federica has directly spotted my weaknesses and has helped me to make my practice time more effective and goal-oriented instead of simply playing what I had learned at some point. I have definitely become more aware of things that I can improve and learned how to make progress more quickly. So far, we have combined different exercises on technique with music theory and also worked on my repertoire a little bit.

I am very happy with my first class and with Yujin as a teacher. She's very outgoing and talkative, which is great for a teacher in conversation. Her pronunciation is very clear and her answers to my questions were very helpful. I feel like she's a very positive person who likes to motivate her students, so I'm looking forward to the next lesson.
