Trusted teacher: I possess a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Mathematics and Science, Prishtina. Following my undergraduate studies, I pursued further academic advancement by undertaking a semester in Mathematics Education at St. Olaf College with a campus at Budapest BSME. I am nearing the completion of my Advanced Teaching Master's program and am currently an MBA candidate at the University of York. My credentials in the IT realm include certifications in both JAVA Fundamentals and JAVA Advanced. These qualifications paved the way for my initial professional experience as an intern within the IT Department at the Public Ministry. In addition to my IT skills, I am internationally certified in English teaching with accreditations like the ESOL from Chichester College and TESOL/TEFL from the World TESOL Academy. My passion for education is evident through my participation in various educational conferences, notably the CEESAs summits. Since my third year at the university, I have committed to teaching Mathematics to primary and middle school students at private institutions, alongside my voluntary service in teaching Mathematics for other notable organizations. Transitioning to the finance sector, I have had the privilege to serve as a Project Accountant for prominent firms such as UA Builders and WeWork Construction in New York. Presently, I am engaged as an IBMYP and IBDP Math teacher, which has equipped me with specialized training in Developing Mathematical Reasoning and in implementing the MYP Curriculum as outlined by the International Baccalaureate and DP Mathematics. In addition to this, I am also associated part-time with Southland School in the United States and Edu-Together in Israel, where I contribute as a Mathematics teacher. My hobbies are doing yoga, walking in the mountains, travelling and taking pictures.

To help you master this technique, here’s a suggestive selling definition that applies specifically to restaurants. Suggestive selling is a tactic that involves encouraging a guest (either in-house or through your restaurant online ordering system) to order menu items that are different from the ones they ordered or would typically order, in an effort to increase the value of the transaction. This can be as simple as letting a guest who ordered a tomato soup know that you actually have a great new gourmet butternut squash soup on your menu, and asking if they’d like to try that instead. Or, it could involve telling a regular who ordered a pizza from your menu about your feature pasta for the evening, which is priced slightly higher than the dish they had their eye on, but is a one-time offering you think they’d enjoy. The key to suggestive selling is simple: offer ideas your guests will truly appreciate and will elevate their experience.

Raef
I found Dr. Ralf to be a wonderful Teacher. The things that he taught me through online helped me a great deal in this class as well as in statistic level. Because of the help and attention that He provided me with, I understand and enjoy Statistics. The class was great in that he didn’t just give the answers away – he made me THINK. This was sort of frustrating, but it helped me understand the material much better. I would recommend him as a Teacher for future classes, without a doubt.

Efi
Efi is an easygoing but serious teacher and this is perfect for me. She is flexible in her time and her location in the center of the city is perfect to combine my trips from Zagori to Ioannina. I can recommend her to anyone who wants to learn Greek in their own pace.
