As a Team Leader / Supervisor: more than three years in Teleperformance and Promofon, (ONO), making sure the group of Agents were appropriatly trained and equipped to resolve doubts, problems and change requests; makintg sure the team could respond effectively to Account Managers ` requests for further information and , when necessary, take proactive action to ensure they were aware of an issue. I just wanted to drop a quick note to say how great she is as a teacher and as a person! She is not just the best teacher, but her personality is equally wonderful. She is incredibly patient and have a super cool way of teaching, and on top of that, she is super friendly. Plus, she is one of the smartest teachers I've ever had. In my opinion , she is the best teacher ever, and I can't believe how much I've learned, even from our very first class. Thanks a bunch for being so fantastic!

Florencia welcomed us with different activities to find out about our level of Spanish. The lessons gave plenty of speaking opportunities. She took the time to analyse the mistakes made on Spanish exams to find ways of improving. After each lesson, Florencia gave us links for more online excersices and the notes to the lesson. She was friendly, accommodating, patient and non-judging - a great teacher
